  • You must have your athletic clearance to participate on the 16th. Please try to have this completed!

 

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day and after training. EAT, EAT, EAT!

 

  • Be sure to not forget any needed equipment – you want to utilize every opportunity to display your skills

 

  • You must be in a centennial shirt - NO tank tops!
