Recently CHS was declared a California Distinguished School, a U.S. News and World Report Best High School, a California Business for Education Excellence Honor Roll recipient, and the #1 high school in Kern County based on 2013 API scores. We believe in continuous improvement and constantly strive to achieve standards of excellence.
